These terms govern your use of CodingHatch's software engineering, web development, and digital services. By partnering with us, you agree to these guidelines.

Full Code Ownership

Upon final payment, 100% intellectual property and source code ownership is transferred directly to the client.

Transparent Pricing

Milestone-based payment schedules with zero hidden fees or unexpected charges during development.

Strict NDA Protection

All client ideas, source code, and assets are protected under signed non-disclosure standards.

Services & Scope of Work

  • Detailed project requirements and deliverables are defined in the agreed Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Any additional feature requests outside the initial scope will be billed via separate Change Orders.
  • Development timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and required asset provision.

Payment Milestones & Deposits

  • An upfront deposit is required before commencing project architecture and development.
  • Invoices for milestone payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
  • Final deployment to live production servers occurs after full project balance settlement.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • The client owns all custom code, assets, and branding created explicitly for their project upon full payment.
  • CodingHatch retains rights to pre-existing open-source libraries or reusable boilerplates integrated into the project.
  • We reserve the right to display non-confidential screenshots of completed projects in our portfolio.

Warranties & Support Period

  • All delivered projects include a complimentary 30-day bug fix warranty post-deployment.
  • Warranty covers bug fixes related to original specifications, not third-party API breaks or new feature additions.
  • Ongoing maintenance contracts are available after the standard warranty period expires.
Mutual Commitments

Client & Agency Partnership Rules

Clear expectations to ensure seamless project delivery and mutual respect.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide required API keys, design assets, and content promptly.
  • Designate a single primary point-of-contact for project sign-offs.
  • Review milestone demos within 3 business days to prevent timeline delays.

CodingHatch Commitments

  • Write scalable, maintainable, and clean code adhering to modern standards.
  • Maintain bi-weekly milestone updates and transparent communication.
  • Ensure maximum code confidentiality and secure infrastructure deployment.

Limitation of Liability & Termination

CodingHatch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime caused by third-party hosting providers (AWS, Vercel) or external API changes. Either party may terminate an active agreement with written notice if a material breach remains uncured for 14 calendar days.
